- Rates during the EXPO 2010 (1 May to 31 October 2010), please ask us.
- 3d rates are for stay continuously 3days or 30 days booking in advance.
- 5d rates are for stay continuously 5days or 60 days booking in advance.
- All the rates include service charge, tax and internet, but exclude breakfast.
- Daily rates are inclusive of electricity, water, gas and management fee.
- Swimming pool and the sport activity are for free.

Cancellation Policy
|
In the case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled less than 2 working days prior to check-in, one room night will be charged by the Apartment to the Credit Card.
